Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website stambolova.com and the relationship between …, Company ID (EIK/Bulstat): …, address: … (the Merchant), and any user of the site (the User). By using the site, registering or placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Registration and Account
Registration is required to purchase video lessons and access certain features. The User provides true and up-to-date information. The account is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
3. Products and Orders
All prices are in euro (€), taxes included, unless otherwise stated. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the Merchant, who may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability or a technical pricing error. The distance sales contract is considered concluded at the moment you receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe (the Merchant does not store card data) or by cash on delivery, where available.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made via the couriers Speedy and Box Now - to an office/locker or to an address. The delivery cost is shown before order completion.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints (Physical Products)
Under consumer protection law, the User may withdraw from an order for a physical product within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. The product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with return shipping costs borne by the User unless otherwise agreed. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an unequivocal statement to us (e.g. an email to info@stambolova.com) or by using the standard withdrawal form below.
Exception: In accordance with Article 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom-ordered paintings, personalized art prints in a custom size, or other commissioned artworks).
Complaints (legal guarantee of conformity): For physical products, the User has the right to file a complaint under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act if the goods received do not conform to the agreement - for example if they are defective, damaged in transit, or different from those described. A complaint may be filed within 2 years of delivery, at info@stambolova.com. This right does not cover normal wear or the consumption of consumables through use.
7. Video Lessons (Digital Content)
Video lessons are digital content accessible online after purchase through the account of the User, with no physical medium. By purchasing and receiving immediate access, the User expressly consents to performance beginning immediately and acknowledges the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal for this content. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right of access for viewing; downloading, copying, distribution, resale or public display is prohibited. Free video lessons are available to view without any payment obligation.
8. Workshops
Booking is done through the site and a place is considered reserved once confirmed by the Merchant. Payment is made on-site on the day of the event, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation by the User: Since workshops are events scheduled for a specific date, in accordance with Article 57, item 12 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, they are exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal. The User may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the event (via the cancellation form on the website or by email). In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior or a no-show without a valid reason, the Merchant reserves the right to restrict the User's ability to make future bookings for workshops.
9. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for the stated period and purposes, may be used once, and are not exchangeable for cash.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, paintings, video lessons, texts and other content are the intellectual property of Nataliya Stambolova and are protected by law. Using or reproducing them without explicit written consent is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant makes efforts to keep information accurate and current but is not liable for technical errors, temporary unavailability of the site, or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
13. Changes
The Merchant may update these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and refer to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC).
